Quechua is still spoken by approximately 8 million people in Peru. Many Peruvians are bilingual, speaking both Spanish and Quechua.
- The courses for Quechua follow the same format as the Spanish Lessons, with prices depending on the type of course selected.
- The Quechua language is central to Andean life. To learn it you will need at least two weeks of basic vocabulary and a month to be able to engage in basic conversation.
- The reward of learning Quechua is that a whole new culture will become available to you. Extra lessons can be taken, at an additional cost of $US 9 per hour.
